TITAN FLEX:

Titan Foam Corporation produces professional grade pipe insulation. Titan-Flex and Titan-Flex Seal are 25/50 rated closed cell black Polyethylene foam insulation.

FUNCTION

Titan-Flex pipe insulations are extremely cost effective and efficient thermal insulation for HVAC and plumbing lines.

Titan-Flex insulations is tested to ASTM E84, “Methods of Tests for Surface Burning Characteristics of Building Materials”.  Titan Flex has a flame index of less than 25 and a smoke development index of less than 50 through a 1” wall.

Titan foam insulation is available in the following nominal wall thickness: 3/8”, 1/2”, 3/4” and 1” with an inside diameter from 3/8” to 2”.

APPLICATION

Titan-Flex pipe is available in 6ft or continuous length. It is easy to apply use it as a sleeve on new pipe work or slit it longitudinally and apply it over existing pipe work.

Titan-Flex Seal is pre-slit and has a glue strip pre-applied to the seam.  The insulation is easily installed over new or existing pipe work.  The self sealing glue strip makes pipe adhesives unnecessary and improves installations efficiency.

Titan-Flex and Titan-Flex Seal are UV stabilized and can be installed in areas that will be exposed to moderate direct sunlight. For severe UV exposure (Rooftop Installation) a protective coating should be applied.

Titan-Flex and Titan-Flex Seal installs easily with hand tools.
